Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of heremyapp (https://heremyapp.com), operated by heremyapp ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use heremyapp for an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

heremyapp hosts static websites and downloadable files (such as app installers) that you or your AI agent upload through our API, and gives them public URLs. We do not build or edit your content.

2. Your account

• You sign in with GitHub and must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
• You are responsible for everything done with your account and its API tokens, including by AI agents you authorize. Keep tokens secret and revoke any that may be exposed.
• Your username is part of your public URLs and cannot be changed.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us the license needed to store, copy and serve it to the public at your URLs.
• You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to publish it.
• You must not upload or link to: malware or unwanted software; phishing or deceptive pages that impersonate others; content that is illegal where you or your visitors are; content that infringes others' rights; spam; content that sexually exploits minors; or anything designed to attack or overload other systems.
• Installers you distribute must be your own or properly licensed. We do not sign, notarize, scan in depth or vouch for files you publish.
• If you add your own advertising, analytics or other third-party services, you must follow their policies and the laws that apply to them.

4. Plans, payment and usage

• The Free plan is free and has the limits shown on https://heremyapp.com/pricing. When they are reached, serving or uploads pause as described there.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage over a paid plan's included amounts is billed in arrears at the prices on the pricing page, with the next renewal.
• Our reseller Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all paid plans and handles payment, tax, invoices and customer service inquiries about billing. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
• We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• Refunds are described in our refund policy (https://heremyapp.com/refunds).

5. Acceptable use and enforcement

We may remove content, suspend a space or suspend an account that violates these terms, harms visitors or other users, or exposes us to legal risk. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. Report abuse to support@heremyapp.com.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can move your content.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using heremyapp at any time; contact support@heremyapp.com to delete your account. Downgrading or cancelling a paid plan takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may end the service for an account that violates these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
